Pheasant Hunt at The Bluffs
This is the first outing of 2021 and we are excited to be hosting a group veterans from Operation TBI Freedom and Ft. Carson SRU. After some trap shooting and lunch, we split up into two groups of hunters with guides and dogs. It’s a warm and sunny January day, perfect for walking the meadows and woods in search of pheasants. Everyone is having a great time and manages to put a few birds in the vests. We measure the success of our outings based on the enjoyment it brings to the participants and, thanks to everyone at The Bluffs, this day is another winner. We look forward to another year of watching our clients make steps toward healing through fun activities like this.
